Your 100% satisfacation is our priority at Opul Cosmetics. We offer a 14 day Return & Exchange Period

• The 14 day period begins one the product/item is received. Goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and be accompanied by proof of purchase
• To start a return or exchange, contact support with your order number, name, and the reason for return or exchange.
• We do not provide the return label, so any shipping carrier is accepted.
• If the return or exchange is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied in either store credit or to the original payment method.
• We are not able to accept returns on products or goods that have been used
